Today, while I was having lunch at Menara Millenium, I noticed an elderly, thin lady going from table to table, softly asking if anyone could buy her a meal.The sad part? Nobody stopped. Some people didn’t even let her finish her sentence just waved her away with, “No… no… no…” 😔Come on guys… she’s not a monster. She’s just hungry. Sometimes all a person needs is someone to listen and care for a moment. 💭When she came to me, I said yes. 🙏I brought her to the mixed rice stall. She quietly took a little rice and some vegetables. I asked her to take more, but she said, “No need.”She wasn’t greedy she just wanted a simple meal. Then she ordered a small Coke. Her total? RM6. That’s all it took to make her day. 🥹As she ate, she walked over to me three times to say thank you.I could see in her eyes how much that meal meant to her. 💕To anyone who works around Menara Millenium, if you see this old lady again please, help her out.
